Angered by White House decisions on everything from Green House Gas to Car Dealerships, congressional Democrats from rural districts are threatening to revolt against parts of President Barack Obama’s ambitious first-year agenda.

“They don’t get rural America,” said Rep Dennis Cardoza, a Democrat who represents California’s agriculture-rich Central Valley. “They form their views of the world in large cities.”

Cardoza’s critique was aimed at Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency, but it echoes complaints rural-district Democrats have about a number of Obama administration decisions.

What we have here folks...Is a Marxist/Socialist President with a team of left wing socialist. I certainly hope the conservaDems grow in numbers and add some wisdom and common sense to this amateur and weak administration. Hopefully people like Evan Bayh will speak up more often. True leaders, unlike Obama, don't have to sit on the sidelines biting their fingernails about revolution opportunity in Iran. Stop being such a wuss Obama - you know and Iran knows Ahmadinejad is our enemy so stop trying to be so semantical and careful with your girlish words regarding who you support. (As if he Ahmadinejad will be nicer to us if he ends up winning and we were only moderately supportive of his opposition.) The jig is up Barry - they know you support the opposition so be a leader and really support the opposition or be condemned to limp wristed Carterville for evermore if the opposition loses because you need to constantly check popularity polls before you know what to believe in.

But I do begrudge the Obamas for their double standards when it comes to the flaunting of wealth -- and the earning of it. The Obamas have devoted much of their public lives to reviling others who elect to make money in the private marketplace.

Charlie Rangel, the House Ways and Means Committee chairman with tax problems of his own.

Congressman Rangel should have stepped down as soon as he was exposed for his participation in the non-stop corruption that has become a way of life for members of all parties in our Congress. It is disgusting, not just disheartening, that such a non-stop cheating goes on and on.. They should get all these cheaters out at once! Get Gneither out! Clean the whole house get Dodd out for cheating, of course old Biden took money too, Barney Frank out for lying about the loans, and one of the biggest cheats a hypocrites is Charlie Rangel. Rangel has failed to report hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of personal financial transactions on his annual disclosure forms. Assets worth between $239,026 and $831,000.
This clown needs to be thrown out like yesterday dirty wash water. If the Dem's continue to back Charley they are complicit in his underhanded deals. He should voluntarily step down as Daschle did because his sins are more onerous than just being a tax crook, he's a sleaze bag and a liar and I would scream that at the top of my lungs directly to his face

Rangel is a joke! The guy is so freaking crooked its not funny. Its such an embarrassment to this so called Administration of Change that almost every single Democrat Obama has selected has issues with paying there taxes. And nearly all of them are hypocrites. Its all right for them to tell us or preach to us about paying our taxes, but its clear from the vetting process from the Obama administration that Democrats don't pay there taxes. That Democrats are above all of this when it comes to paying taxes. Chucky Rangel has to be one of the biggest hpyocrite in Washington. But the thing is so many Congressman and Senators are crooked that its hard for them to "remove one of there own" because they might turn on them. And yes am sure that there are some Republican Senators and Congressmans who are just as bad. But Rangel has to go! If Obama was "all that" he would tell his House and Senate Democrats to remove Rangel now! But Obama is weak and a coward to boot!

Barack Hussein Obama promised everyone that, if elected, his administration would bring change to Washington and that there would be no more of the business as usual and that he would Change Washington like it has never been Changed before..

Barack Hussein Obama served us that Kool-aide for about 2 years telling us over and over again that we needed to bring change to Washington and that he was going to bring that to us... And that the same old ways would not work and now he is saying that it would be foolish who had no experience in Washington. Sometimes, out of the mouths of babes comes a nugget of wisdom. While the left is upset that Barack Hussein Obama is not bringing change they are ignoring the fact that he called them all fools. Why? Because the so called Change was not a Change in the least. Not even close. In fact it was the same old, same old. All of the old Clinton's are back! Yes, Their Back! With Hillary in the top slot.

So our old friend Tom Daschle, under fire for not paying taxes, made nearly $5.3 million in the last two years, records released Friday show. Daschle, the former Senate Democratic leader who President Obama has tapped to overhaul the nation’s healthcare system, was paid $220,000 to give speeches to outfits that have a vested interest in the result the work he would do once confirmed as Secretary of Health and Human Services.
This is supposed to "surprise" us?! Remember when his own constituents kicked him out of office for trying to force the same garbage over constituent objections, he will be in charge of implementing. Go Home you liberal retread...We've had just about enough of you.
So far Obama's "no lobbyists" need apply" not only includes exception after exception with real life current lobbyists, but also men like Daschle who not only worked for the firms they would potentially oversea, but has a real life big time lobbyist for a wife.
These liberals are INCREDIBLE CROOKS.We'd be jailed for this ... HE'LL get a JOB in the President's cabinet.
The Libs demonized President Bush from day 1 of his presidency, and it worked. The RNC should start right now with an ad showing Obambi in front of his Greek columns promising "change." Then flash pictures of Jackson ($90K in the freezer); Rangle (Tax Cheat); Timothy Geithner (Tax Cheat); Richardson (Pay-to-Play); Dodd (sweetheart mortgage/bribe); Frank (bribes, TARP bailout for favorite bank/contributor); Hillary ($hundreds of millions from middle East to Husband's library/massage parlor); Holder (illegal pardon for Marc Rich and FALN bombers).

George Obama, the half brother of U.S. President Barack Obama, has been arrested by Kenyan police on a charge of possession of marijuana, police said Saturday. Inspector Augustine Mutembei, the officer in charge, said Obama was arrested on charges of possession of cannabis, known in Kenya as Bhang, and resisting arrest. He is scheduled to appear in court Monday. I wonder why they worry if someone in kenya smokes pot. It's not like they have jobs or anything.
